Effects can be applied to the player character or to the enemy.
All effects are removed at the end of combat and do not carry over to the next fight.
Effects have parameters: T - number of turns the effect will work, V - value, depending on the effect means different (for example Block - damage that will be blocked, Thorns - percentage of reflected damage).
